Mel Alimentos is a family company founded in 1971, dedicated to produce fruits and ingredients for the bakery industry.

From the beginning our company has remained true to its careful and controlled production precesses using quality raw materials. 

In 2015, Mel Alimentos established a joint venture with AIE, an Italian company with long experience in processing and selling frozen and dehydrated products.

Mel Alimentos has full management of the tomatoes production chain, from seed (with controlled sowing contracts with the farmer), through the dehydrated and IQF processes until the elaboration of value added products. 

We achieve complete traceability of the tomatoes products.
